(February 28, 2024) – The NEWMAC and FloSports, a global independent sports media company and streaming platform, today announced a historic five-year media rights agreement under which FloSports will become the exclusive media partner of the NEWMAC beginning in the 2024-2025 academic year.

NEWPORT, R.I. (Tuesday, November 21, 2023) – The Salve Regina University women's soccer team had five student-athletes named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team, as released this afternoon. To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District® honors, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA, be a sophomore or above and a starter or significant reserve.

WESTWOOD, Mass. - The NEWMAC has announced its Athlete of the Week honorees for the week ending October 29, 2023, and Salve Regina University freshman back/midfielder Olivia Tacconi (Waldwick, N.J.) has been selected as the Offensive Player of the Week for women's soccer.

Seahawks get 3-1 win on final day of regular season

NEWPORT, R.I. -- Salve Regina University women's soccer sophomores carried the offense to three goals while freshman keeper Sabrina Lawless (Milford, Conn.) made four saves  in a 3-1 for the Seahawks over visiting Wellesley College in NEWMAC action at Reynolds Field on Saturday afternoon.

NEW LONDON, Conn. -- Salve Regina University women's soccer freshman Olivia Tacconi scored a pair of second-half goals against the United States Coast Guard Academy on Wednesday night as the Seahawks and Bears finished with a 2-2 draw in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference action at Nitchman Field.

NEWPORT, R.I. (October 23, 2023) – For the Seahawks, this week will feature four home contests, the NEWMAC Championships for men's and women's cross country, and the first men's and women's ice hockey games of the official season. 

Seahawks celebrated seniors Zoe Cox and Ellen Nerger in ceremonies prior to the game and enjoyed a tailgate picnic back in dry Rodgers Recreation Center after the contest.
