CCC Libero of the Week: Dianna Tauro

NEWPORT, R.I. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) recognizes Salve Regina University senior Dianna Tauro (Melrose, Mass.) as its Libero of the Week for women's volleyball.

Libero of the Week - Tauro averaged 4.06 digs per set in a 2-1 week for Salve Regina. Tauro also averaged 5.67 digs per set and recorded 17 digs total in a crucial 3-0 victory over CCC foe Endicott. 

Tauro earns the Libero honor for the third time this season (also September 22 and October 6).

Salve Regina (15-8; 4-1 CCC) next plays on the road against Western New England (16-10; 4-0 CCC). With a win the Seahawks would leapfrog the Golden Bears in the standings. That match is set for 7 p.m. on October 22, 2014.
