NEWPORT, R.I. - The National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) named Joe Goff, Ben Brissette, and Liam Burke All-Americans while Kyle O’Connor was named as a Rising Star.

NEWPORT, R.I. – The Salve Regina University men's rugby team travels to Philadelphia, Pa., for the championships of the National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) Sevens Tournament. Salve Regina will face the Claremont Colleges (9 a.m.), New Mexico Highlands University (12 p.m.), and Susquehanna University (2 p.m.) on Saturday, June 2, in Pool B competition. Sunday's action to be determined by Saturday's results.

The first-ever McAuley Cup was given in honor of Catherine McAuley, founder of the Sisters of Mercy - who founded Salve Regina, to the 2017-18 Salve Regina men's ice hockey team.

NEWPORT, R.I. - Salve Regina University director of athletics Jody Mooradian bestowed dozens of awards to student-athletes and staff on Friday evening, including the department's female and male athletes of the year - senior Amber Cody (Pawling, N.Y.) of field hockey, and junior Blake Wojtala (Trenton, Mich.) of men's ice hockey.

NEWPORT, R.I. – The Salve Regina University men's rugby team travels to Marietta, Ga., for the Final Four of the National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) National Tournament. Salve Regina will face Claremont on Friday, April 27, at 8 p.m., in the semifinal round.
