POMFRET, CONN. - Nichols College won two of three doubles and four of six singles to defeat Salve Regina University in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) women's tennis action at The Pomfret School indoor courts on Wednesday afternoon.

The Bison have now extended their winning-streak to eight matches against the Seahawks. Salve Regina still holds the lead in the all-time series (14-8) after winning the first 14 matches between the teams.
