Summary
NEWPORT, R.I. - Three players had multi-goal games for visiting UMass Boston as it defeated the Salve Regina University women's soccer team 6-2 in non-league action Wednesday afternoon.

- Salve Regina junior Georgia Drake (Plymouth, Mass.) made 11 saves in the loss to fall to 6-6 in net.
Turning Point
Haynes second goal in the span of eight minutes was a perfect strike from 25 yards away at the buzzer to end the first half giving the Beacons a 3-0 lead at the break. Salve Regina was able to score twice in the second half, so Haynes last-second shot proved to be the game-winning tally for the visitors.

- UMass freshman Maggie Kelley (Paxton, Mass.) bookended the Beacons scoring with goals in the 5th and 58th.
- Maria Spylios (Leonminster, Mass.) made four saves to improve to 6-2-2 in net before yielding to Isabella O'Connell (Abington, Mass.) who made three saves in 30 minutes of action in the second half.
