NEWPORT, R.I. - Four-time defending Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) men's tennis champion Nichols College swept nine matches at Salve Regina University on Wednesday. The two schools have combined to win 22 titles in the last 25 years in men's tennis - Salve Regina with 15 and Nichols with seven.

Series and Streaks
Today's Commonwealth Coast Conference dual match marks the 33rd meeting between Nichols and Salve Regina. The Seahawks own a 17-16 but have now lost six in a row to the Bison and seven of the last eight.
