WHAT THEY'RE SAYING:

"I would like to thank everyone for coming out tonight and supporting the men's ice hockey program. Tonight was about something a lot bigger than the game itself. We were able to raise significant funds which were donated to Newport Mental Health and I am very proud of our team for putting this together. Thank you too all of the sponsors and donors for tonight's event. This charity event is very close to our program, Newport Mental Health does a tremendous job in the community and we thank them for all of their support.

As far as the game goes tonight's atmosphere was electric. It was a total team win tonight. Every guy chipped in and made a play at one point of what was a wild game. Kohl Reddy showed his competitiveness and his athleticism tonight in net and kept us in the game when he needed to. We are proud of the group for committing to play a 200-foot game tonight with guys stepping up and making big plays. We still have a lot of work to do, this Thanksgiving break will give our guys a time to get healthy and spend time with their families, and we look forward to returning back to action in December." - head coach Zech Klann
