NEWPORT, R.I. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has selected Salve Regina University graduate student Cameron Collins as its Player of the Week for men's basketball.

CCC Player of the Week - Collins helped Salve Regina pick up two more wins this week with some impressive shooting from the floor. Over two games, he shot 73.9 percent (17-for-23) and averaged 23.0 points. He started the week with 16 points, four rebounds, and three assists in a 73-70 win over Coast Guard. He then posted a double-double with 30 points, a game-high, and 10 rebounds in a 103-76 win over Fisher. He also had one steal in each contest, plus two blocks against the Falcons.

Salve Regina (3-2) has won three in a row and will travel to face Connecticut College on November 23 at 7 p.m.
