Will Zukauskas joins the Seahawks staff as equipment manager for all 20 NCAA varsity sports beginning in late August 2023.

Prior to Salve Regina he diligently served as the inaugural equipment manager at Stevens Institute of Technology. He oversaw the day-to-day operations, laundry services, and apparel ordering. In addition, he successfully helped to manage a fiscal budget ensuring the seamless supply of equipment across the 22 Division III varsity sports. He also was able to contribute significantly as an athletics equipment assistant at the College of William & Mary, where he played a crucial role in the day-to-day equipment issuance for football student-athletes. From repairing game jerseys, laundry services, supervising students, to managing inventory for a Division I FCS football team, he was a vital member of the support service staff.

At Salve Regina Zukauskas is responsible for all equipment ordering, purchasing and storage related to varsity sports. In addition, he supervises ten diverse student workers that assist in the operations of the equipment room. He is responsible for giving those student workers vital trainings and life skills needed to perform their duties.

As a 2013 graduate of Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts, Zukauskas was on the inaugural men’s rugby team who has progressed to a recognized NCAA division III member. He brings a variety of experience from previous institutions and a wealth of knowledge to this position.
