NEWPORT, R.I. – Salve Regina University has landed 38 student-athletes on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) 2013-14 Winter/Spring Academic All-Conference Team, announced Wednesday, June 4 by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye.

Hughes, Pate, Hanlon, Kelly, McKeon, and Nguyen led Seahawk men's teams in 2013-14.

NEWPORT, R.I. - Senior guard Patrick Dinneen (Medfield, Mass.) scored a career-high 32 points, including 20 in the second half, but visiting Lasell College (17-11) defeated Salve Regina University (17-11) tonight in first-round action of the ECAC New England Men's Basketball Championships, 78-70, at the Rodgers Recreation Center.

DUDLEY, Mass. - Sophomore Barrett Hanlon (Hopkinton, Mass.) led all scorers with 28 points but the Seahawks fell to the Bison, 83-80, in overtime in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) men's basketball championships semifinal.

Four Seahawks in double figures in road loss

SPRINGFIELD, Mass—Five Golden Bears were in double figures led by Nick DeFeo who scored a game high 21 points as the Western New England men’s basketball team defeated the fourth place Salve Regina Seahawks 76-70 in a Commonwealth Coast Conference game.

After missing five games with an injury, Barrett Hanlon returned to the lineup to earn his second player of the week honor from the CCC.
