SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The inaugural 2013-14 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Women's All-Sports Trophy went to Endicott College while Salve Regina University finished fourth.

NEWPORT, R.I. – Salve Regina University has landed 45 student-athletes on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) 2013 Fall Academic All-Conference Team, announced Friday, January 24, by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye.

GORHAM, Maine – Salve Regina freshman Victoria Varone (Providence, R.I.) ran her fastest 6K of the season in leading the Seahawks to a 26th place finish in the NCAA Division III New England Regional Championship on Saturday. Varone crossed the finish line at 23:23.99 to place 95th in the field of 371 runners.

BRISTOL, R.I. – Freshmen Victoria Varone (Providence R.I.) and Amy Irving (Bohemia, N.Y) led Salve Regina to an 11th place finish among 46 scoring teams in the ECAC Division III Cross Country Championship on Saturday.

BIDDEFORD, Maine - Salve Regina placed four runners in the top 10 en route to winning the team title at the University of New England Invitational on Saturday. The Seahawks' scoring five finished 2-3-8-9-11 overall for a team score of 33 and a 10-point victory over UNE.

MANCHESTER, Conn. - Salve Regina placed four runners in the top 10 and seven in the top 15 to win the Trinity Invitational at Wickham Park on Saturday. The victory marks back-to-back invitational titles for the Seahawks, a feat the women's cross country program has not achieved since 2011.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) released its first set of weekly awards for the 2013-14 season and a pair of Salve Regina freshmen picked up the women's cross country honors.
