Nine student-athletes, team honored by NFHCA

The Salve Regina University field hockey team placed nine student-athletes on the 2010 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad and also received the NFHCA Collegiate National Academic Team Award.
Field hockey team collecting clothes for Salvation Army through Dec. 8

The Salve Regina University field hockey team is sponsoring a clothing drive to raise donations for the Salvation Army from Wednesday, Nov. 17 through Wednesday, December 8. Clothing is being collected outside of the fitness center on the first floor of the Rodgers Recreation Center and in the lobby of the O'Hare Academic Center.
Seahawks finish with a 4-0 win over visiting Raiders

The Western New England College field hockey needed to win a big game, and they did it! Junior defender Kathleen Jasinski (Templeton, Mass.) scored the first two goals of her career, including the game-winner with 5:19 left in overtime, as the Golden Bears defeated Salve Regina 3-2 Saturday afternoon.
