CCC Runner of the Week: Amy Irving

NEWPORT, R.I. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has selected Salve Regina University junior Amy Irving (Bohemia, N.Y.) as its runner of the week for women's cross country (September 14-20).

Runner of the Week - Irving earned 14th place in a 315-person field at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational.  Irving traversed the 5K trail in 18:43, leading all Seahawk runners.

Salve Regina earned a tenth-place finish out of 42 teams in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Saturday. Next week the Seahawks race in the Purple Valley Classic hosted by Williams College.
