NEWPORT, R.I. – Salve Regina University women's volleyball head coach Lauren Parsons has named Annie Donahue (Chelmsford, Mass.), Megan Parham (Tulsa, Okla.), and Cassidy Trabilcy (Phoenix, Ariz.) as captains for the 2018 season.

Donahue led the Seahawks in both blocks and kills last season and was named first-team All-CCC. Parham returns to the Seahawks after spending her junior season studying abroad in Europe. In her sophomore campaign she led the Seahawks and the CCC in digs and was named second-team All-CCC. Trabilcy was the Seahawks second-highest point scorer last year in her junior season.

"All three girls are great representatives of Salve Regina volleyball and the university," said Parsons. "All three bring different leadership qualities to the role and I'm excited to see how they will lead this team.  We have a great returning group and a great incoming group and the ability and capability of this team is exciting. I can't wait for our first match."
