Seahawks predicted to finish third in Pod A

NEWPORT, R.I. - The Salve Regina University women's tennis team was picked to finish third in Pod A of the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) according to a pre-season coaches' poll.

"Salve Regina's tennis teams are excited for the upcoming season," said head coach Adam Zaccara. "After a year off from competition, Salve tennis has doubled in roster size, and has acquired many talented freshman. We are looking forward to putting into action everything we have been working on."

Salve Regina opens its season on Thursday, April 1, with a home matchup versus Nichols College at 3 p.m. No spectators are allowed, but select Salve Regina home contests will be live streamed.
