NEW PALTZ, N.Y. - Salve Regina University women's soccer will look to rebound from two setbacks in the Michelle Vargas-Robin Tournament hosted by SUNY New Paltz.

In Sunday's action against Westfield State, the Seahawks met an opponent for the first time in two straight days. Rolling thunder 33 minutes into the contest delayed the action for about an hour.

The Owls had a pair of goals in both halves to score a 4-0 triumph in the non-league contest.

Seniors Stephanie DeLue (Hadley, Mass.) and Erin McCullough (Ludlow, Mass.) combined with freshman Ellie Dye (La Jolla, Calif.) for the only three shots on goal for Salve Regina.

Freshman Kaylee Miller (West Warwick, R.I.) had 10 saves in just 45 minutes, allowing only two first-half goals.

The Seahawks return to action when they travel to UMass Dartmouth on Wednesday. Salve Regina will face the Corsairs for the 23rd time in the all-time series; Seahawks have won six of the last eight meetings.
