Senior attack Kaitlin Gillespie (Haddam, Conn.) scored her 100th career goal in a 21-5 victory for the Salve Regina University women's lacrosse team over visiting Nichols College in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action.

Turning Point
After back-to-back goals for Mellissa LaFleur (Chicopee, Mass.) and Brooke Marion (South Hadley, Mass.) at 2:49 of the first half to cut the Seahawks early lead down to six goals, 9-3, the Seahawks responded with four straight to close out the frame. Lindsay O'Connell (Danvers, Mass.) brought the deficit under ten with a goal 41 seconds in the second half but six more Seahawks goals put the game away.
