• Salve Regina and Husson meet for the first time in program history. 
• The Seahawks come into today's game off their first win of the season, a 20-12 decision over UMass Dartmouth last Saturday.
• The Eagles come into the game on a three-game losing streak to open the season. 

• Salve Regina is 0-2 all time on March 12. 
• The last time the Seahawks played on March 12, SRU fell to Western New England, 14-8 in 2013. 

• Seniors Grace Kelly and Karley Malenczak will serve as the captains of the 2014 women's lacrosse team. 

• Following Wednesday's contest, the Seahawks host four-straight home contests including their Commonwealth Coast Conference opener against Gordon on March 22 to wrap up the homestand.

• Junior Sarah Woods recored a career-high 10 points, including six goals and four assists in the win for the Seahawks. 
• Senior Grace Kelly and sophomore Abigail Tepper each had four goals for the Seahawks and SRU posted it highest goal total of the season. 
• Salve Regina trailed 9-8 going into halftime and outscored the Corsairs 12-3 over the final 30 minutes of action. 
• Senior Josephine O'Reilly made six saves in the win for Salve Regina.  

• Husson comes into Wednesday's game on a three-game losing streak to open the season. 
• Last time out, Husson fell to Johnson & Wales (R.I.) 9-8, despite a last minute goal.
• Junior Abi Stabb led the Eagles with four goals on the day while freshman keeper Kaitlin Dolloff made nine saves in the loss for Husson.

• The Seahawks will enjoy their spring break in beautiful Newport, R.I. as they host three games over spring break. 
• Salve Regina kicks off its spring break with UMass Dartmouth on Saturday at 1 p.m.
• The Seahawks are 13-19 all time at Gaudet Field including a pair of wins last season. 
• Salve Regina is 2-1 at Gaudet against the three teams the Seahawks will face during spring break including a 2-0 advantage over UMass Dartmouth after its win last Saturday.

• Woods leads the team with 14 points this season (9g, 5a) while Woods leads the team with nine goals and five assists. 
• Kelly is second on the team with seven goals on the season. 
• Senior Caitlyn Stauffer leads the Eagles with eight points on the year (7g, 1a). 
• Freshman Mariah Carrier leads Husson with two assits on the season.

• Salve Regina head coach Jennifer Foster enters her eighth season at the helm of the Seahawks.
• Foster has led the team to a 41-74 all time record at Salve Regina.
