Bio
In 2021, Erika Silva Adams began her first season as an Assistant Coach of the Salve Regina University Women’s Ice Hockey program.
From 2011 to 2013, Erika was the Head Women’s Ice Hockey Coach at St.George’s School and an Assistant Coach at St.George's School in 2010-2011.
Erika was an Assistant Coach for Boston University Women’s Ice Hockey during the program’s historic inaugural Division I NCAA season. She coached at Boston University from 2005-2008.

Inaugural season, won 12 games overall, placing sixth in Hockey East, 2005-2006.

Improved to a fifth place finish, with a record of 10-9-2, 2006-2007.

Hockey East playoffs, finishing fourth overall with a record of 11-9-1, 2007-2008.

Goaltender Allyse Wilcox, who was selected 15 times as Hockey East Defensive Player of the week, named Hockey East Itech-All Rookie Team, All New England D1 All-Star Team, and was selected to participate in the United States U-22 Camp.

Goaltender Melissa Haber, who was named Hockey East Defensive Player of the week, twice named Hockey East Rookie of the week, as well as Hockey East Rookie of the month and Haber was in net winning the 2008- 2009 Hockey East Championship and on the WHEA All Tournament Team .

From 2006 to 2008, Erika was a Goalie Coach for the United States Select Development Hockey Camp in Rochester, New York.

Top-10 finalist for the Patty Kazmaier Award, given annually to the top women's player in NCAA Division I college hockey, 2000-2001.

Won the Inaugural Joe Bertagna Award for Outstanding Goalie in the Beanpot Tournament, 2000 and 2001.

Erika graduated from Northeastern University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications, Business Minor. She is a ISSA certified Group Fitness Instructor and ISSA certified Nutritionist.
