MLTON, Mass. (Saturday, March 27, 2021) - Salve Regina University softball freshman Christina Braid (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) and junior Nikki Vanelli (Quakertown, Pa.) both slugged first-inning home runs during the season-opening twinbill at Curry College on Saturday afternoon, but the Colonels overcame the early deficits to sweep the pair over the Seahawks, 7-6 and 9-1 (five innings).
