CCC Pitcher of the Week: Kelsey Boarman

NEWPORT, R.I. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has selected Salve Regina University senior Kelsey Boarman (No. Dighton, Mass.) as its pitcher of the week for softball (May 1-7).

Pitcher of the Week - CCC Pitcher of the Year, Boarman added another CCC title to her résumé this week as she helped Salve Regina to its second straight conference crown. Boarman threw two complete games for the CCC Champion Seahawks and allowed only a single run (unearned) in the pair of outings. In the championship clinching game she threw seven shutout innings and struck out three.
