NEWPORT, R.I. - Salve Regina freshman Jeffrey L'Heureux (Litchfield, N.H.) has been announced as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by Commissioner Gregg Kaye on Monday afternoon.

L'Heureux helped lead the Seahawks to a 2-0 week, advancing to the CCC Championship semifinals in the process.

For the week he compiled a 0.50 goals against average, recording a 2-1 win over Nichols while also notching a 3-0 shutout victory versus Eastern Nazarene in the CCC Championship quarterfinals on Saturday.

L'Heureux has been terrific down the stretch for the Seahawks and currently ranks second in the conference with a 0.57 goals against average on the season.

L'Heureux and the Seahawks will be back in action this Thursday (2 p.m.) at Reynolds Field when they host No.6 Gordon in the CCC Championship semifinals.
