Bio

Coach Jeff Farrar enters his 9th year as a volunteer assistant coach. In addition to focusing on practice and game day roles on the offensive side of the ball, Coach Farrar brings tremendous management and business experience helping to mentor and advise players. A two-sport student-athlete (ice hockey, lacrosse), Jeff is a graduate of Cornell University, class of 1979. He played for the Big Red’s two-time NCAA National Championship men’s lacrosse team coached by National Lacrosse Hall of Fame Member, Richie Moran. Jeff rejoined the college coaching ranks after last helping to coach the Harvard University Crimson. He comes to the Seahawks after establishing and developing Farrar Equities, a diversified investment, development and management company with offices in Newport, Rhode Island. His company has interests in commercial real estate and unique resort hospitality properties throughout the east coast. Jeff also owns and manages Newport’s iconic White Horse Tavern, one of the Northeast’s premier fine dining restaurant. Jeff is a native of Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he attended Buckingham Browne & Nichols.
