The Seahawks will play nine nonconference matchups, with eight teams qualifying for their respective conference tournaments, and three reaching the NCAA Tournament, including one making it to the third round.  2022-2023 will be the final season for the Seahawks as part of the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC).  2023-2024 will see Salve Regina University as the newest member of the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC).

The Seahawks 2023 nonconference schedule has opponents registering a combined record of 84-56 in 2022.  Salve will renew five of last year's nonconference matchups.  The season begins for the blue and green hosting the defending Little East Conference Champion UMass-Boston (Feb. 18) at historic Toppa Field.  Three days later, Salve travels to Western Connecticut State University (Feb. 21).  The team then has a two-game home stretch back at Toppa Field with defending Skyline Conference Champion Maritime College (Feb. 25) and for the first time ever in Newport, the United States Coast Guard Academy (Mar. 1).  The Seahawks will then travel down to Long Island to take on the United States Merchant Maritime Academy (Mar. 4).  During spring break Salve Regina returns to Florida for the first time since 2017, for two neutral site contests.  They'll compete against Clark University (Mar. 11) in Clearwater, FL and Wesleyan University (Mar. 15) in Vero, FL.  Salve returns to Rhode Island hosting Massachusetts Maritime Academy (Mar. 22) and for the first time ever, Kean University (Mar. 25) at Gaudet Field.

Salve Regina begins conference play traveling to Nichols College (Mar. 29), matching up last year's CCC quarterfinal participants.  The team then starts April with a two-game home stretch back at Gaudet Field with Endicott College (Apr. 1) and Gordon College (Apr. 4).   The blue and green then travel to the Bay State for two road games with Wentworth Institute of Technology (Apr. 12) and Curry College (Apr. 15).  Returning to Gaudet, Salve welcomes defending 2022 CCC Champion Western New England University (Apr. 18), whom advanced to the third round of the 2022 NCAA Tournament and on Senior Day the University of New England (Apr. 22).  The Seahawks end their regular season up the road in Bristol, RI against their interstate rival Roger William University (Apr. 26).  The Quahog Cup has been re-dedicated in honor of former Salve assistant coach and Roger Williams alum, Rich Bernasconi, The Rich Bernasconi Cup.
