NEWPORT, R.I. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has selected Salve Regina University junior Cayden Kraus as it Player of the Week for men's ice hockey.
CCC Player of the Week - Kraus had a five-point week for Salve Regina as the Seahawks went 2-0-1 in CCC play. He opened the week with a three-point performance against No. 10 University of New England, scoring two goals and an assist. He had another multi-goal game later in the week, scoring two goals against Nichols in a win. Kraus finished the week with a plus-5 rating.
Salve Regina (14-5-1, 12-3-1 CCC) currently sits atop the CCC standings and will return to the ice with a home matchup versus Wentworth on Friday, February 11, at 8:00 p.m.
