INSIDE THE SERIES
Salve Regina owns a 6-3 record in the all-time series and has won two in a row over the Nor'easters. This will be the first postseason meeting between the two teams. The Seahawks edged the Nor'easters 2-1 in the regular season series. The Nor'easters topped the Seahawks 3-0 in the season opener for both teams back on November 2, then lost the following night 3-1 on their own ice up in Biddeford, Maine. The two did not meet again until the final game of the regular season on February 16 when Salve Regina earned a 2-1 comeback victory to secure the top seed in the playoffs and knock the Nor'easters down to the three seed.

WHAT'S NEXT?
Winner earns the conference's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.
