Beavers reverse fortunes on home court

WELLESLEY, Mass. (Saturday, February 10, 2024) - Declan Walmsley (Franklin, Mass.) and Sean Seymour (Albany, N.Y.) both scored 12 points for the Seahawks but Salve Regina University men's basketball suffered its seventh straight setback with a 63-49 final against Babson College in NEWMAC action at the Staake Gymnasium. The Seahawks (10-13, 4-10 NEWMAC) last won on January 19 (68-38) when visiting Babson (12-12, 8-7 NEWMAC) failed to connect on a single 3-pointer with 27 attempts (0-for-27; 0.0%). The Beavers made nine today (9-for-21; 42.9%) from long distance.
