NEWPORT, R.I. (November 18, 2019) - Salve Regina University head basketball coach Sean Foster has announced his two captains for 2019-20: senior Andrew Bronstein (Needham, Mass.) and junior Cameron Collins (Oakdale, Conn.).

Bronstein, majoring in economics, returns as a four-year starter and now two-year captain. Collins, majoring in chemistry, has been a two-year starter with Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week honors as a freshman and All-Tournament Team accolade at the season-opening Cave Classic a year ago.

"Our staff is excited to have such dynamic captain leadership going into the 2019-20 season," says Foster. "Andrew and Cam are tremendous people, excellent students, and hard-working athletes. Their positive example and eagerness to lead by serving embodies our team culture and will be extremely beneficial to our younger players. We are excited to see the direction in which their leadership can take us this year as we strive for daily improvement."

Foster also returns a veteran staff with assistants Alick Furtick '01 and Mark Streich. The 2019-20 roster features two seniors, four juniors, four sophomores, and three freshmen.
