Series and Streaks
The Seahawks are now 7-1 all-time versus the Wildcats and have won four straight in the series.

Three Stars of the Game

  1. Salve Regina senior Olivia Butler had a career day between the pipes and improves to 2-0 on the season.
  2. Salve Regina senior Eliza Timms (Agawam, Conn.) scored once and notched an assist. She leads the Seahawks in goals and points this season.
  3. Salve Regina freshman Emily Frazier (Eastham, Mass.) scored her first career goal in the 4th minute to put the Seahawks on top 1-0. Her goal proved to be the game-winner.

Turning Point
Frazier opened the scoring for Salve Regina with a shot from the point off a corner opportunity early in the first quarter then Timms cleaned up a loose ball with a third-chance shot in the 10th to make it 2-0 in favor of the Seahawks. The Wildcats found their offense in the second and third, outshooting the Seahawks during that span, but could not crack Olivia Butler. Hannah Bedrosian's (Seekonk, Mass.) goal in the 40th took the wind out of the Wildcats sails and Ashley Lefebvre (Westford, Mass.) would tally her first career goal in the 54th for the cherry on top for the Seahawks.

  • The Wildcats had a 5-3 advantage in corner opportunities, while the Seahawks held a narrow 20-19 edge in shots with a 12-9 difference in shots on goal.
  • It was the first home game for Salve Regina in 679 days (October 26, 2019).
