NEWPORT, R.I. (March 11, 2020) - Freshman Ryan Graciale (Nahant, Mass.) belted a home run as Salve Regina University baseball bested New England College, 7-3, at Reynolds Field on the Seahawk campus. Freshman Joe Escandon (Allenhurst, N.J.) picked up the win in relief, fourth through ninth innings, and set a program record nine straight strikeouts to finish the game. Salve Regina (4-0) has cancelled its spring break travel to Florida; the Pilgrims (5-5) are slated to play two at Colby College on Sunday.
