SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (March 9, 2020) - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has selected Salve Regina University senior catcher Dylan Ketch (Clinton, Conn.) as its Player of the Week for baseball (March 1 - 8).

Player of the Week - Ketch batted .500 this week, registering five hits in 10 at-bats, while scoring four runs and driving in six as Salve Regina went 2-0. Both games were multi-hit performances for the Seahawks backstop. He opened with a 2-for-5 showing in a 10-7 victory over Oswego, in which he hit his first home run of the season, drove in two and scored two runs. Then against Arcadia, Ketch went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and four RBI.

Salve Regina (3-0) has scored 10 or more runs in all three of its wins in 2020. The Seahawks return home for games on back-to-back days at Reynolds Field versus Johnson & Wales (Tuesday) and New England College (Wednesday). This starts a stretch of 11 games scheduled in nine days (March 10 - 18).
