NEWPORT, R.I. (March 30, 2019) -- Junior Patrick Maybach (Saunderstown, R.I.) pitched seven innings with 11 strikeouts and neighboring freshman Jack Betts (Narragansett, R.I.) collected five hits and drove in four runs in a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) meeting for Salve Regina University with Wentworth Institute of Technology, but the Seahawks had to settle for a split with the Leopards after taking the opener, 10-2 behind Maybach, and falling in the nightcap, 5-4.
