The Nor'easters entered today owning a 7-6 advantage over the Seahawks. The Seahawks now even the all-time series at 7-7 and have won six in a row over UNE.

1 – Salve Regina sophomore Samantha Salwa (Ellington, Conn.) had a match high 38 assists to go along with two kills, two aces, and five digs.
2 – Salve Regina senior Mackenzie Donald (Point Pleasant Beach, N.J.) had a match high 10 kills.
3 – Salve Regina junior Kat Mendes (New Bedford, Mass.) had a match high 19 digs as well as eight kills and one service ace.

Key Stat of the Game
The largest winning margin of a set was four points, 25-21 in the third, while the other sets were determined by two points each, 28-26 in the first, and 25-23 in the second.

Turning Point
After Salve Regina started the third by taking a 5-2 lead, the Nor'easters stormed back to take the lead 6-5 and led the majority of the set. The Seahawks trailed 19-18, but finished the set on a 7-2 run to close out the match and complete the sweep.
