Sydney Baxter- CCC Goalie of the Week // Oct. 30-Nov. 5

BEVERLY, Mass. – Sydney Baxter of Salve Regina women's ice hockey has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference Goalie of the week for October 30-November 5. 

Baxter, a sophomore goalie from Exeter, Rhode Island was in-net for both wins against Suffolk University last week. Across the two games Baxter made 60 saves and is credited with both wins. After last week's success Baxter holds a save percentage of .952. 

"Sydney had a great weekend," said head coach David Lun. "She is a big factor in our early success. She had a great performance up at Suffolk coming up big in a variety of manners, and really looking solid and comfortable in net. She followed it up with a solid performance on Saturday night, allowing the the team to build and hold on to a lead against a desperate club."
