NEWPORT, R.I. (June 9, 2022) – Salve Regina University has landed 134 student-athletes on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) 2022 Spring Academic All-Conference Team, announced by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye.

Emma Breen, Elena Palmer, Dakota McMahon, Norah Brown, Maddie Cox, Kimberly Dunn, Madison Jalbert, and Celia Palzkill (not pictured) were honored with awards.

Seahawks celebrate girls and women in sports with annual clinic

NEWPORT, R.I. (April 1, 2022) - No fooling, but this was a lot of fun! Salve Regina University hosted its annual multi-sport clinic (for the first time since 2019 and 12th overall) to celebrate National Girls and Women in Sport Day (NGWSD) at the Rodgers Recreation Center with over 90 participants from the area ranging from kindergarten to sixth grade.

HARRISVILLE, R.I. - Graduate student Mel McAleer ended the longest game in Nichols College women's ice hockey history with a goal at 13:53 of overtime to send the No. 3 seeded Bison to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Semifinals with a 3-2 win over No. 6 Salve Regina University Wednesday night at Levy Rink.
