MINNEOLA, Fla. - Sophomore pitcher Andi Nelson (Candia, N.H.) hurled a complete-game no-hitter against Finlandia University in the season-opener for Salve Regina University as the Seahawks won, 1-0, on a fourth-inning RBI single from freshman Lauren Packer (Manchester, Conn.) at the Minneola Athletic Complex. Olivet University took a 10-1 decision in five innings in the next outing for the Seahawks. Both teams were first-time opponents for Salve Regina on their annual Florida trip.
