Bethel drops Seahawks 9-0 in final spring break match

ORLANDO, Fla. (Thursday, March 14, 2024) - Bethel University met with Salve Regina men's tennis over the team's spring break training trip and they day ended in a 9-0 defeat for the Seahawks.

Doubles partners Alexander Colon (Brielle, N.J.) and Samuel Middleton (Lake Grove, N.Y.) together with Ned Batstone (Abingdon, England) and Jacob Faulise (North Kingstown, R.I.) both trailed 8-3 against the Royals. In singles, Batstone came within one point and Middleton, within two points, were close to Bethel during the first set, but ultimately fell behind the Royals.

All-Time History: Salve Regina has only seen Bethel once before. On March 23, 2005, the Seahawks overcame the Royals 8-1 in Star Island, Florida.
