INSIDE THE SERIES
The Seahawks won the first-ever meeting with the Nor'easters, 33-10, in a Nor'easter on October 29, 2018. The Nor'easters held Salve Regina to three-and-out on the first three drives of the game. The Seahawks scored a touchdown just as time expired in the first quarter as Ronnie Martin rushed in for his first of three scores. Martin extended the lead to 14-6 with 9:03 to play in the second with a five-yard touchdown. UNE used the ground game to get deep in Salve Regina territory next time out, but were stalled on fourth down. Joey Mauriello took the next play in from 77 yards out for the Seahawks as the visitors went into the half ahead 21-6. Martin took the opening play of the second half in for a 60-yard touchdown, but Salve Regina missed the extra point.
