Seahawks celebrate girls and women in sports with annual clinic
NEWPORT, R.I. (April 1, 2022) - No fooling, but this was a lot of fun! Salve Regina University hosted its annual multi-sport clinic (for the first time since 2019 and 12th overall) to celebrate National Girls and Women in Sport Day (NGWSD) at the Rodgers Recreation Center with over 90 participants from the area ranging from kindergarten to sixth grade. Seahawk sports represented include basketball, field hockey, ice hockey, lacrosse, soccer, softball, tennis, track & field, and volleyball.
