Series and Streaks
The Gulls entered the match owning a 15-4 record all-time over Salve Regina, but had lost two in a row and four of five to the Seahawks. The Gulls snap that streak and improve to 16-4 in the all-time series.

Three Stars of the Game

After taking the first and second sets, the Seahawks came from behind to win the third, and held a 17-10 lead in the fourth set. However a 10-0 run helped the Gulls go from down seven to up three en route to a 25-21 set win, and 3-1 match victory.
