Seahawks sweep Cyclones 9-0
NEWPORT, R.I. - The Salve Regina University women's tennis team took a 9-0 victory over Mills College in non-league action Friday afternoon to wrap up the fall season.
Salve Regina (4-9) swept its doubles matches, dropping just two sets at No. 1 singles, before sweeping the Cyclones in straight sets at singles competition. Mills (0-2), which is visiting from Oakland, Calif., began the day by playing Gordon College up in Wenham, Mass., before making the drive down to Newport.
