NEWPORT, R.I. - While transitioning to a new head coach for the first time in two decades, Salve Regina University women's tennis continued to enjoy success in the classroom. The Seahawks posted an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.23 to qualify as an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team.

NEWPORT, R.I. - The 11th annual Megs Doubles Clinic served up tennis skills to over 30 children as Salve Regina University athletics kicks off its celebration of NCAA Division III Week (April 7-13, 2014).

In its first action of the spring, Salve Regina women's tennis played in mid-season form as it bested Johnson & Wales during the second annual Hard Court Triples Tournament.

NEWPORT, R.I. – Salve Regina University has landed 45 student-athletes on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) 2013 Fall Academic All-Conference Team, announced Friday, January 24, by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Eight different institutions that sponsor women's tennis from the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) were represented on the 2013 All-CCC Women's Tennis Team, including two Seahawks - sophomore Kasey Walther (Natick, Mass.) and freshman Gina Ciliberti (West Islip, N.Y.).

DUDLEY, Mass. - Senior Elizabeth Liguori (Westerly, R.I.) raised her season singles record to 7-2 with a victory at fifth singles, but Salve Regina University women's tennis fell to Nichols College, 7-2, in the final regular season dual match for both schools before the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championships begin next week.
