GRAND LAKE, Colo. - Two Seahawks were among 382 Division III student-athletes recognized for work in the classroom by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association.

NEWPORT, R.I. – Salve Regina University has landed 31 student-athletes on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) 2012-13 Winter/Spring Academic All-Conference Team, announced Friday, June 7 by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye.

Seniors shine as Seahawks defeat Wentworth

MIDDLETOWN, R.I. – On a night when the Salve Regina women’s lacrosse team honored its three graduating seniors, senior Jennifer Jones (Basking Ridge, N.J.) stole the show with a program record 11 points as she led the Seahawks to a 20-13 victory over Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent Wentworth Institute of Technology, Wednesday afternoon.

Malconian picked up three ground balls in Salve Regina's loss to UNE and became the all time leader in ground balls at Salve Regina with 192 in her career.

BIDDEFORD, Maine -- After surrendering the initial two scores, the University of New England women's lacrosse team finished the 1st half on a 13-1 run, en route to picking up a 21-10 victory over Salve Regina University in a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) match played Saturday afternoon (Apr. 20) at the Big Blue Turf.

MIDDLETOWN, R.I. – Curry used a five and six goal run in the first half of Tuesday afternoon’s Commonwealth Coast Conference game to defeat the Salve Regina women’s lacrosse team, 21-15, at the Seahawks home field. Salve Regina fell to 2-10 on the year and 0-6 in the CCC with the loss while Curry improved to 11-2 and 4-2 in the conference.

WENHAM, MA— Freshman Jessie Castelline (Concord, Mass.) had a breakout performance for the Fighting Scots in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) women's lacrosse action today at Gordon's Brigham Athletic Complex, tallying 10 points off seven goals and three assists to lead her team to a commanding 21-8 Senior Day win over the visiting Seahawks of Salve Regina University.

MIDDLETOWN R.I. - Nichols defeated the Salve Regina women’s lacrosse team in the 14th meeting between the two teams at Gaudet Field Wednesday evening, 17-14. The victory for Nichols is its first over the Seahawks since 2002 and improves the Bison to 4-8 on the year and 2-3 in the Commonwealth Coast Conference while Salve Regina falls to 2-8 on the year and 0-4 in the CCC.

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. - The Bridgewater State University women's lacrosse team remained undefeated on the season as the Bears won their tenth straight game with an 18-9 non-conference win over visiting Salve Regina University on Monday evening at Swenson Field.
