Seahawks lend a hand at Special Olympics

NEWPORT, R.I. – The Salve Regina University student-athletes came out in full force last Saturday, April 13, to wrap up national Division III week as athletes from all of the university's teams not in competition volunteered at Special Olympics held at Gaudet Field in partnership with Special Olympics R.I., East Bay Games.
10 Seahawks earn all-academic honors

CENTERVILLE, Mass. ââ¬â The Salve Regina University womenââ¬â¢s ice hockey team placed 10 student-athletes on the 2012-13 Eastern College Athletic Conference All-Academic Hockey Team, as announced by the interim commissioner last Friday. The 10 Seahawks mark the most for Salve Regina since the 2009-10 season when nine student-athletes represented Salve Regina.
Porter named to All New England All Star Team
