Summary
Curry College men's soccer rallied for two goals in the final eight minutes to stun Salve Regina University, 2-1, in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at Reynolds Field.

Series and Streaks
Curry won for the first time on Salve Regina's home field since 1983, that's 33 years ago. The Seahawks still hold an 18-7-8 mark in the all-time series, including 11-2-4 in Newport. The Seahawks were looking to extend their win streak beyond two games which had been the longest active streak in the conference entering today.

  • Salve Regina's Jared Warren (Georgetown, Mass.) headed a pass to Matthew O'Donnell (Pittsburgh, Pa.) before volleying O'Donnell's feed while on top of the net for the game's first goal in the ninth minute. It was Warren's team-leading ninth goal of the season.
  • Steven DePina (Stoughton, Mass.) cleared out some room after a Colonel throw in from the far corner and tied the game at 1-1 in the 82nd minute with his third goal of the season.
