Seahawks storm back to down Crusaders in OT; advance to Final Four

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Despite trailing 12-0 in the second half, the Salve Regina University club men's rugby team forced overtime and won 15-12 over Holy Cross thanks to a kick from Alexander Fingado that sends the Seahawks to the National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) Final Four.

It is the fifth Final Four appearance for the Seahawks in program history. The Seahawks last made the Final Four in 2018 and were the 2012 National Champions.

Ben Aubuchon '20 and Kyle O'Connor '20 scored in the second half to tie the game up at 12-12 and send it to OT. MVP Alexander Fingado converted a free kick to put Salve ahead where they hung on 15-12 to improve to 10-0 on the season.

The NSCRO Final Four National Championships will be held April 24-26. Location to be determined
