Senior attack Sharp Jones (Scituate, Mass.) scored seven times for the Salve Regina University men's lacrosse team as it defeated Johnson & Wales University 13-6 in non-conference action Wednesday night.

Turning Point
Johnson & Wales had trailed all night long, but kept inching back into the game before Salve Regina could build a big lead. The Wildcats were trailing 8-5 in the third quarter, but went 2-man-up with a chance to once again whittle down the lead. The Wildats only managed one shot during the minute with a 6-4 advantage though giving the ball back to the Seahawks. Salve Regina would end up getting back-to-back man-ups soon thereafter and converted both to widen the gap to 10-5.
