    BEVERLY, Mass. – Behind a match-high 17 kills from Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player of the Year Emma Mancini (Lynnfield, Mass.), the second-seeded Endicott women's volleyball team defeated No. 3 Salve Regina, 3-0, in the semifinal round of the CCC Tournament on Thursday night at MacDonald Gymnasium. Set scores for the match were 25-21, 25-22, 25-17.

    SCRANTON, Pa. - Salve Regina University women's volleyball finished with three match wins against just one defeat in the season-opening trip to Scranton, Pa. The Seahawks face three teams for the first time - defeating Mt. Aloysius (3-0) and Shenandoah (3-2) before suffering a 3-2 setback to the host Royals of Scranton University. Salve Regina finished its trip with a 3-1 final over New Jersey City University, a team the Seahawks faced twice previously in back-to-back years in the Endicott Invitational (2007 and 2008 in Beverly, Mass.).
