Women's Volleyball #3 - Salve Regina does not drop a set in three ECAC tournament matches (November 12-15, 2014)

NEWPORT, R.I. - For the fourth straight season, Salve Regina University women's volleyball earned an invitation to the ECAC Division III New England Championships in the fall.

The first time in 2011 was a one-and-done experience at Keene State. The following three seasons (2012-2014) included hosting a first-round match at the Rodgers Recreation Center, and winning all three times as host. The Seahawks were the No. 1 seed for the first time in 2013 before bowing out in second round action on the road.

After falling in four sets in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) championship match to Roger Williams University, the Seahawks' Class of 2015, consisting of six players - Katelyn Beauregard (Dartmouth, Mass.), Jennifer Duggan (Merrimack, N.H.), Tara Kuck (Huntington, N.Y.), Erin McGloin (West Islip, N.Y.), Dianna Tauro (Melrose, Mass.), and Taylor Violet (Tiverton, R.I.) - dedicated themselves to a strong showing in the ECACs.

The group did not drop a set in three matches and all six Seahawk seniors were on the court together for championship point against Endicott College.
