Salve Regina wins 2014 ECAC women's volleyball championship

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - After reaching a final for the second consecutive Saturday, Salve Regina University women's volleyball produced a championship with a 3-0 victory over fourth-seeded Endicott College in the title match of the 2014 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) New England Women's Volleyball Championships.

For the third straight season, Salve Regina women's volleyball hosts and wins a first round ECAC DIII New England Championships contest; 3-0 over MCLA on Wednesday evening at the Rodgers Recreation Center.

BRISTOL, R.I. - Salve Regina University women's volleyball improved its result in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) final from two years ago, but nonetheless Roger Williams University captured its sixth straight title with a four-set victory, 3-1 (21-25,25-14,25-15,26-24).
